环氧树脂砂浆在低温条件下的配比研究

摘    要:通过试验研究及在支座垫石施工中的实际应用,提出低温(-5~8℃)条件下环氧树脂砂浆的合理配比方案。结果表明:支座垫石施工后3~4h开始固化,3~4d强度值已经达到85%以上,几乎无收缩变形;硬化剂掺入量对垫石强度的提高幅度和速度至关重要,一般掺入量越大,强度提幅度愈大;同时,黄沙应清洗烘干或晒干,以使垫石较快达到要求的强度。

Abstract:Through experimental research and practical application of bearing pad stone under construction, a reasonable scheme of the proportion of epoxy resin mortar at low temperature ( -- 5 - 8 ℃ ) is put forward. The results show that: curing of the bearing pad stone begins after 3 - 4h, and the intensity value reaches more than 85 % after 3 - 4d, almost no shrinkage and deformation; the amount of hardener is crucial for the strength and speed of the bearing pad stone, the greater the amount of the hardener incorporation is, the greater the intensity range will be; At the same time, sand should be cleaned and dried, in order to meet the requirements of the pad stone strength.
