摘    要:旋转式压缩机定子与壳体之间采用过盈配合的固定方式,其过盈量的选择直接影响到定子变形量。本文介绍了运用CAE仿真软件模拟分析定子和壳体之间的高度非线性接触的复杂问题,通过该模拟分析方法得到定子与壳体在不同过盈量下的变形情况,且分析结果得到了实验支持,为后续的定子结构设计和优化及过盈量的选择提供了理论参考依据和模拟分析方法。

Abstract:The stator and the shell of rotary compressor are fixed by the interference fit,so the deformation of the stator is influenced by the magnitude of interference.This paper describes the complicated problem which is non-line contact between the stator and the shell by using the simulation analysis.The simulation analysis can obtain the deformation of the stator and the shell in different magnitude of interference,and the analysis result is supported by the test.It provides the theories and the method of simulation analysis for the structure design and optimization of the stator and the choice of the magnitude of interference.
