| 摘 要： | 生态城市建没将对城市发展的自然、社会、经济多方面产生深刻的影响,而作为城市活动具体表现的土地利用也将随之变化,城市土地的集约化程度增强,用地的职能分工日益明晰,突出表现在工业、居住和生态用地变化等3方面;为保证城市生态化过程中土地利用变化朝正确合理的方向发展,城市土地管理者必须在土地信息公开、城市土地整理、土地规划、观念更新、土地法规严格执行等方面加强工作。

| Abstract: | Eco-City is one of development trend of Chinese cities and urban land use will change along with this trend.The direction of changes is the enhancement of land convergence and evidence of land function partition.The paper analyzes detailed this direction from three aspects :land used in industries ,habitation and greenbelt.To make sure the change of urban land use towards rationalization ,it is need to open land information ,to renew conception of land planning ,to enforce statutes and etc. |
