粮食流通业的现代化路径选择--江苏粮食物流现代化能力建设研探

江苏粮食流通业在中国入世后面临着发展现代物流的机遇和挑战。在2010年之前,政府应遵循现代物流发展规律,利用WTO有关优惠条件、江苏区位优势以及快速发展的开放型经济对现代物流业的市场需求,加强对粮食流通业的引导、发掘和大力扶持,进行合理规划,大力发展专业化、社会化的现代粮食物流中心;具有比较优势的大型粮食企业也应当积极主动地发掘自身潜力,开拓市场,对粮食资源开展优化重组和现代物流技术改造,强化体制和机制自主创新,推进粮食物流业的信息化、现代化和国际化。

Modernized Approach Selection in the Grain Interflow Industry--Research and Discussion on the Development of Modernized Capability of Jiangsu Province in the Grain Interflow Industry

After China's entry into WTO,Jiangsu grain interflow industry has been faced with opportunities and challenges of developing modern interflow of goods and materials.Before 2010,the government should,while abiding by the developing principle of modern interflow of goods and materials,take advantage of the favorable conditions provided by WTO,Jiangsu's geographical advantages and market demand posed by the fast developing open-ended economy for the modern interflow of goods and materials to develop grain interflow industry and reasonably plan and develop specialized,socialized modern grain interflow centre.Large grain enterprises with comparative advantages should also actively tap the potentials of themselves,open new markets and optimize as well as regroup the grain resources,reform the system and mechanism,encourage the informationization,modernization and internationalization of the grain interflow industry.
