我国中小企业外向国际化技术联盟博弈分析

本文使用博弈论的分析方法,对我国中小外向型企业研究与开发(R&D)的投入进行了系统的分析,提出了在当今信息时代,如果知识产权保护不力,技术扩散迅速,则中小企业研究与开发的成果就具有公共品的性质;在自愿投入研究与开发时,中小企业间很难自动采取帕累托最优策略,而是出现囚徒困境博弈或者智猪博弈。最后,文章给出了我国中小企业外向国际化组建技术联盟的对策。

Game Analysis On Internationalized Technologic Alliance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China
