摘 要: | 电子商务的蓬勃兴起是网络技术和商务模式创新的结果。电子商务时代,企业的生存空间由物理的市场地域扩衣刘虚拟的电子空间,它的价值创造过程显现出与以往不同的特点。用于指导企业管理的重要模型工具——价值链也不断发展,延伸出虚拟价值链的理论。在电子商务价值链的驱动下,企业间的联盟合作成为企业个体重要的生存、发展之道。

Abstract: | E-commerce's development is the outcome of innovation of network technology and the business model. In the era of E-commerce, enterprises' living space has extended from physical market to cyberspace and their process of value-creation show different characteristics. As the important model used for guiding the enterprises' management, the value chain is also developing, and it extends to the theory of Porter's value chain. With the driving of value chain in E-commerce, enterprises alhance has become vital strategy. |
