| 摘 要： | 中日两国产业内贸易的比重正呈逐年上升的趋势，产业内贸易和产业间贸易并存发展，呈现出较为高级的垂直型分工型态。中日两国的产业内贸易受多种因素共同影响，其中，中国人均收入水平不断提高以及日本对华直接投资规模的扩大是重要的影响因素。

| Abstract: | The proportion of the intra-industry trade between China and Japan has a tendency to grow year after year, Inter-industry trade and intra-industry trade both develop. It is an advanced pattern of vertical division of labor. The intra-industry trade between China and Japan is influenced by several factors together , among them, the increase of per capita income in China and the enlarge of FDI from Japan are the most important influence factors. |
