现代农业科技体系公共财政投入的目标、结构、效率及优化分析

现代农业科技体系建设对于农业的现代化、机械化以及提升农业生产绩效具有重要意义。本文从公共财政投入的视角,分析我国现代农业科技体系的财政投入目标、结构、效率现状,目前在现代农业科技的财政投入中还存在着支持目标多元化、农业科技财政投入资金支出结构不合理、农业科技财政投入资金支持效率低的问题,在此基础上,提出按照现代农业发展阶段,明确公共财政投入目标;从社会服务体系、智力支持体系、管理支持体系、政策支持体系角度完善公共财政投入支持体系;提高农业科技财政的投入效率,实现现代农业的全面协调可持续发展。
