| 摘 要： | 本文从组织体系的角度入手 ,通过考察我国地质工作社会化分工产生的历史过程 ,比较地质调查与地学研究的区别 ,运用组织内部成本原理分析调查与研究脱离与结合的机理。结论是 :合理的制度安排是调查与研究有机结合的根本原因。

| Abstract: | Starting with organization system, the paper analyses separate and combined mechanism between survey and study, by applying internal cost principle, reviewing the history of dividing China's geological work, and comparing the difference between geological survey and geoscience's study. Then, the paper comes to conclusion that reasonable system is ultimate factor of organic combination between survey and study. |
