| 摘 要： | 在分析流通渠道效率概念的基础上，提出了提高流通渠道效率的两种模式，一是坚持结构电子化，二是尝试战略联盟。文章认为，结构电子化由于信息沟通的顺畅而提高了流通渠道效率；战略联盟由于促进团队合作而提高了流通渠道的效率。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the theory structure of circulating channels, we can learn about the meaning of the concept the efficiency of circulating channels. There are two main ways to speed the coordination of the partners in the channels. Firstly, businessman has transferred the traditional method into new form electronics. Secondly, it is generally accepted by dealers to enhance the cooperation among companies strategic alliance. |
