| 摘 要： | 侵权责任法是一部保护公民、法人合法权益,明确侵权责任,预防并制裁侵权行为的法律。分析常见的银行侵权的主要类型,提出应对措施,对认真实施《侵权责任法》,防范侵权风险,实现商业银行经济效益与客户满意度的双重提升,很有必要。

| Abstract: | The tort liability law is a kind of law which can protect the legitimate interests of citizens and legal persons,clarify the tort liability,and prevent and punish tort liability act.Analyzing the common type of bank tort and proposing the counter measures are necessary for implementing ＂tort liability law＂ earnestly,guarding tort liability risk,and realizing the dual promotion of the Commercial bank＇s economic efficiency and the customer satisfaction degree. |
