| 摘 要： | 循环经济是资源节约型和环境友好型社会的经济发展模式。基于"脱钩"理论和3R原则,探讨了循环经济发展模式的重要理论因子;从生态效率的角度,结合"脱钩"理论,分析了烟台生态工业园发展循环经济的模式。

The paper discusses the important theory factors of developing circular economy based on the decoupling theory and 3R principle.
