| 摘 要： | 大学生在校期间的学习生活一般经历入学适应期、稳定发展期和就业准备期等三个阶 段。不同阶段大学生的心理状态有共性也有各自的特点。教育工作者要根据大学生心理发展的阶段 特点,有针对性地做好他们的思想政治教育和心理辅导工作。
