| Abstract: | This article,based on the
analysis of particularities of China's state-owned enterprises,holds that the state-owned
enterprises should and might manage to operate in some industries or sectors of the
economy.It also makes some proposals of policy that the state-owned economic sectors carry
out strategical re-structure. |
