| 摘 要： | 桐城派产生以后,对于其历史地位的评价向来难于一致,而其对于后代文学尤其对于现代文学的影响也大致可分为正反两个方向.然而令人惊异的一点是否定者占据的比重要更多,这与清代当时桐城派的影响是完全相反的.文章力图从桐城派的特点出发探讨其与现代文学的关系,以走出五四以来一向以反对颠覆为主的文学演变窠臼.

| Abstract: | It is difficuh to reach an agreement on evaluation of historical status of Tongeheng School, whose im- pact on modem literature can be divided into positive and negative aspects on the whole. However, surprisingly, the latter outweighs the former, which is contrary to its impact in Qing dynasty. The paper aims to discuss its relationship with modern literature from its eharacteristie so as to clear up the misunderstandings about it since the May 4＇h Move- mont. |
