高校基建项目管理模式研究

随着国家对高等教育投入的不断加大，各高校基建发展势头迅猛、校园规模不断扩张，用于基本建设的投资也越来越大，但基建项目管理理念和管理模式与当前高校基建发展需要还不是很适应，在建设项目实施过程中也暴露出了一些亟待解决的问题。因此，结合高校基建特点，分析当前基建管理现状，创新与探索新形势下的基建管理模式，提高高校基建管理水平与管理效益是十分必要的。
