| 摘 要： | 资金结算中心是由企业集团或控股公司内部设立的,办理内部各成员之间资金往来结算、资金调拨、运筹,以降低资金成本、提高资金使用效益的内部资金管理机构,是由集团公司引入银行机制对集团控股成员实行统一结算、集中融资的资金集中管理模式.它将银行的管理方式引入企业内部,将闲置的货币资产化,生息的资本社会化.加强资金结算中心货币资金的管理,对其发展、壮大具有特别重要的现实意义.
