| 摘 要： | 在炼化领域,随着原油品质的劣质化和产品质量要求的不断提高,使生产装置能耗和污染物排放上升的压力不断增大,也使企业节能减排的难度与日俱增.因此有必要开拓节水减排的新思路,大力发展循环用水系统、串联用水系统和回用水系统,发展和推广绿色水处理剂技术.本文通过对炼油厂用水、排水情况的分析,讨论了节水和污水回用的技术措施,并提出了污水零排放的设想. |
