| 摘 要： | 企业财务预算是指企业结合本单位管理目标和经济资源的运用与配置,根据本单位发展计划、经济任务及社会责任,用科学的方法预测年度内所有财务收支而编制的数字化的综合性计划,目的是通过预算使单位现有的资金得到合理有效的使用,是单位内部预算的重要组成部分.本文通过分析企业财务预算工作的现状,就企业做好财务预算的有效对策进行初步探讨.
