| 摘 要： | 我国自1978年实施改革开放的政策以及在新世纪加入世界贸易组织以来,我国在很多方面取得了较为快速的进步与发展.其中,我国的房地产业就是一个方面.当前时期下,随着我国房地产业的不断发展,伴随着房地产改革也不断深化,房市逐步形成与市场对接以及不断满足购买者的需求.房地产业的快速发展,促进了与之相关的一个产业得到了迅速发展,即房地产经纪业的快速发展.本文就是攫取了房地产经纪业为主要研究对象,首先阐述了房地产经纪业在发展的过程之中存在的问题,然后根据这些问题提出几点对策,目的是为了能够很好地解决发展过程中所存在的问题,为房地产经纪业的迅速发展指明方向和道路,最后在结论中指出当前时期下加强房地产经纪业的几点重要意义.
