| 摘 要： | 企业绩效管理是企业文化与价值的体现,其理念来自于西方,近年来,在我国国有企业得到了学习和借鉴,但这一方式在发展与实践中,仍不同程度的感到效果不尽如人意.因此,本文通过分析绩效管理的概念及国有企业加强绩效管理的重要性,针对工作实践中普遍面临的问题提出几点完善策略,以期通过本文的阐述有效提升国有企业管理效率,使绩效管理在企业中真正行之有效.
