关于国有企业土地产权管理的几点思考

本文在实地调研基础上， 重点阐述了土地资产在国企改制中的作用、存在问题， 对土地产权处置方式、权能进行了分析， 提出了土地产权管理的基本思路和政策性建议。

Thinkings on the Property Right Management of Land of the State owned Enterprises

Based on the findings from practical investigation,the article focuses on a discussion of the importance of land as assets in re structure of the state owned enterprises and the problems in the work.It also analyses the mode of handling the land property right and the right capacity,and gives a basic approach to and policy oriented proposal for land property right management.
