| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革已初步完成,但是改制中出现了较多不规范的问题。本研究在分析国外市场国有企业资产出售目标、制度框架、出售对象、出售方法、售前准备、实施过程和售后支持以及责任等方面成熟经验的基础上,提出了中国国有企业出售过程的策略与政策建议。
