| Abstract: | This paper mainly study the competition strategy of Guangdong Huada Logistics Company (GDLC). Based on the study of the application in logistics industry of michael porter's competitive strategy theory, we do analysis of SWOT of GDLC's inner environments. Furthermore how to implement the competition strategies is studied deeply. |
