高含量、高韧性玻纤增强PE母料的性能研究与应用

摘    要:本文研究了以不同PE为基料,再加入高含量玻纤后的改性母料的力学性能以及其应用。结果表明:MI在68左右时树脂与玻纤以及其他相似类型基材的相容性是最好的。其物理力学性能是最高的,而且生产加工比较顺利。对使用该母料的产品的成型周期有很大帮助并满足了产品对型高的要求。

Abstract:This paper studies the performance and application of the modified masterbatch with different PE material and high-content glass fiber. The results showed that: when the MI is from 6 to 8, the compatibility of the resin, glass fiber and other similar types of substrates is the best, the physical and mechanical properties is the highest, and the production process is relatively smooth, which is very helpful to the molding cycle of the product with the use of this masterbatch and can meets the high demand of products for the type.
