摘    要:高校如何适应现代产业链、产业群的发展和激烈的人才竞争,建立发现人才、培养人才、激励人才、成就人才机制,从而使高校最重要的资源——教师真正体现人力资本的价值,在尊重高校自身历史情况下,结合现代人力资源管理,配合国家相关政策,选择和建立适合高校的激励机制。本文就此问题浅谈高校基于岗位管理和人员聘用制度下的人力资源管理。

Abstract:At present, it is an important issue for college that how to adapt to the development of modern industrial chain, industrial clusters, and fierce competition for talent, establish the mechanism of finding, training, motivating and promoting the growth of talents, and so as to teachers truly reflect the value of human capital. Respecting the history cases, combined with modern human resource management, cooperating with relevant national policies, the paper selects and establishes a suitable incentive mechanism in colleges and universities. On the issue, the paper discusses the human resource management based on post management and personnel recruitment system in colleges and universities.
