关于现代企业价值观的思考

企业文化是以价值观为核心的,价值观是把所有员工联系到一起的精神纽带;价值观是企业生存、发展的内在动力;价值观是企业行为规范制度的基础。随着我国从计划经济向市场经济的转变,企业价值观发生了历史性变化。本文分析了企业价值观的主要功能,价值观体系应包含的内容。
