基于试修的某型装备初始维修保障方案优化研究

文章根据确定的初始维修保障方案优化的基本流程,以某型装备保障试验数据为基础,定量评估了平均故障间隔时间、维修性与保障性等参数,分析了维修保障方案中存在了主要问题,提出了优化建议;进行了故障原因统计分析;并验证装备故障规律服从威布尔分布的假设,在此基础上,对装备的定期维修间隔期进行了优化,确定了合理的维修间隔期。

Study on Evaluation and Optimization of Primary Maintenance Support Concept for Some Equipment Based on Test Maintenance

According to the defined basic process of primary maintenance support concept, based on support test data of some equipment, the paper quantitatively evaluates mean interval time of failure and some maintainability and supportability parameters, and analyzes the main problems in primary maintenance support concept and gives optimization advices, and validates the assumption that the failure law follows Weibull distribution, and then, in the form of acceptable section optimizes the maintenance interval of the equipment and puts forwards the reasonable optimal advice.
