摘    要:目的:优化服务流程,简化服务环节,降低患者在医院的无效流动和等待时间,提升门诊人文精神。方法:合理安排患者就诊过程、以人文精神改造服务流程、提供预约就诊服务,增设综合性预约岗位。结果:提升了医院的工作效率、服务效果与质量。

Abstract:Objective: optimize service process, simplify service link, reduce the invalid flow and waiting time of patients in hospital, and improve humanistic spirit of outpatient department. Methods:reasonably arrange treatment process, reform the service process under the guidance of humanistic spirit, improve the service quality of medical appointment, and add comprehensive reservation jobs. Results: the efficiency of the hospital, the effect of service and quality are improved.
