| 摘 要： | 强化保险监管,以维护保险业稳健经营及被保险人利益,是现行《保险法》再次修改的一个重要方面。为实现保险监管的目标,我国有必要制定单行的保险业监督管理法。本文主要就保险业监督管理法制定的必要性、结构安排及几个主要问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to protect the health of the insurance industry and insurant interests,to strengthen insurance supervision is an important aspect of the revision of "The Insurance Law".To achieve the goal of insurance regulation,it is necessary to establish separate supervision and management law in insurance industry.This article is mainly focused on the necessity,the structure arrangement and some main issues of making up insurance industry's supervision and management law. |
