加强事业单位国有资产的管理

党的十六届三中全会提出了"建立健全国有金融资产、非经营性资产和自然资源资产等监管制度"的重大任务。行政事业单位国有资产是非经营性资产的重要组成部分。如何将这部分国有资产的管理好,直接关系到我国公共事业的发展。本文主要分析了当前我国行政事业单位国有资产管理的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了建议。

Strengthening the Management of State-owned Assets in Public Institutions

Party＇s 3rd Plenary Session of 16th Conference proposed the major task of ＂ establishing and improving the regulatory system of state-owned financial assets,non-operating assets and natural resources assets,ect.＂. The state-owned assets of administrative institutions is an important part of non-operating assets. How to do well the management of this part of state-owned assets is directly related to the development of public institutions. This paper analyzes the main issues in the management of state-owned assets in current administrative public institutions,and on this basis put s forward some suggestion.
