国有企业开展扶贫帮困工作分析

Helping the poor and needy,putting people first,aim to increase the income of low-income group,make them get more pocket money,enjoy the benefit of reform and opening up and promote the popular-support-project that is good for a harmonious society.This article analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures facing the state-owned enterprises in helping the poor and needy,taking Guangxi Agriculture Cultivation State-owned Jinguang Farm（Jinguang Farm for short） as an example.
