浙西皖南山核桃资源及其开发利用

我国山核桃(Carya cathayensis Sarg．)具有营养价值高、易栽培、经济效益好等特点，因受立地环境的控制，仅分布在浙西、皖南的部分地区。本文在介绍山核桃的经济价值、资源的地理分布基础上，分析了立地环境和生产、加工中存在的问题；针对市场需求提出了加快山核桃的异地引种、推广高产稳产的栽培技术，加强山核桃生产的规范化管理、系列产品的开发和副产品的综合利用等措施，使资源得以可持续利用。

The Utilization of Carya cathayensis Sarg Resource in the Western of Zhejiang and Southern of Anhui Province

Carya cathayensis Sarg is a high-nutrition ligneous plant and can be easily planted. Planting it can gaingood harvest. Been affected by natural geography conditions, it can grow in the Western of Zhejiang and Southernof Anhui Province. This paper introduces the economic worthiness and area distribution of Carya cathayensis Sargresource. It analyzes the compatible natural geography conditions which it can normally grow and problems in plantingand production processing. Based on the market need for its productions, it also puts forward the measures: (1)quickening the planting in other areas; (2) popularizing the high and stable yields planting technologies; (3)strengthening standardization management in its production; and (4) intensifying series production exploitation andcomprehensive utilization of its byproducts.
