| 摘 要： | 本文运用经济学的供给需求理论，分析了节约与集约用地提出的时代背景；在明确其基本内涵的基础上，从经济学的视角，以粗放边际点、集约边际点、总效益零点为分界线，在理论上具体界定了土地的负利用、低度利用、合理利用、高度利用、过度利用范围。最后，引出有关节约与集约用地的几点思考与讨论。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the background of land economy and intensified use with Supply-demand Theory on economics. From the view of economics ,it gives the dividing line of Negative Land Use, Low Land Use, Reasonable Land Use, High Land Use and Excessive Land Use, through realizing the boundary of extensive marginal point, intensive marginal point and total benefits zero. Finally, the author indicates some viewpoints and suggestions about the land economy and intensified use. |
