| 摘 要： | 本文在对目前各种赞成与不赞成建设城市轨道交通的理由归纳剖析的基础上，就宁波建设城市轨道交通的必要性进行了较深入的探讨，提出了以城市轨道交通建设为先导，构建和谐交通体系的思路。同时，对城市轨道交通的配套方案快速公交系统进行必要论述。

| Abstract: | This thesis ,based on the analysis of the opinions on whether the track transportation system should be built or not, deeply probes into the necessity and feasibility of constructing transportation system around the city. It illustrates that a harmonious transportation system is based on the city track construction. Meanwhile, the public traffic system is also emphasized. |
