复杂项目危机诱因及基于网格的危机管理机制

从技术、干系人、边界、目标确定性4个方面表征复杂项目的复杂性特征,从人员、技术、组织和外部环境的视角剖析复杂项目的危机诱因。在此基础上,分析复杂项目的复杂性特征与危机诱因交互作用的复杂项目危机形成过程。最后,针对新兴网格技术应用于复杂项目危机管理的优势,设计复杂项目危机管理机制。

Incentive of Complex Project Crisis and Grid-based Crisis Management Mechanism

This paper depicts the complexity of complex project from four aspects,namely technology,stakeholder,boundary and goal uncertain ty,and analyzes the crisis incentives of complex project from the perspectives of personnel, technology, organization and external environ ment. Then it explores the interaction between the complexity and crisis incentives in the crisis evolving process. Finally, according to the advan tages of the emerging grid applied to crisis management of complex project,it designs the management mechanism of crisis management of com plex project.
