我国城市化进程中工业污染排放强度的实证研究

摘    要:利用2002—2009年我国省际面板数据,从规模效应、结构效应和技术效应3个角度对我国工业SO2、废气、废水、粉尘、烟尘的排放强度的影响因素进行回归分析,并对城市化水平对工业污染排放强度的影响进行回归分析。结果表明,我国工业污染排放强度与工业规模效应、城市化水平均呈倒U型曲线关系;规模效应、结构效应和技术效应在不同年份对我国工业污染排放强度下降的影响方向和贡献程度有所不同,但总体来看,技术效应的贡献最大;技术水平提高是城市化促使工业污染排放强度下降的主要原因。

Abstract:Using the provincial panel data during 20022009, this paper makes a regression analysis on the impacts of scale effect, structure effect, technical effect and urbanization on emission intensities of five kinds of industrial pollutants, The results show as follows:there exist in verted Ucurve relationship between population emission intensity and industrial scale effect as well as urbanization levelscale effect, structure effect and technical effect have different contribution degrees and directions to the decreasing of industrial population emission intensity in different periodsin general,technical effect plays the most important rolethe enhancing of technology level is also the main reason causing industrial population emission intensity decrease in urbanization process.
