昆山市南部地区中小河流治理的思考

昆山南部地区是极具江南水乡特色的平原河网区。随着昆山经济社会快速发展,南部地区面临着河道轮浚周期缩短成本上升、水量丰沛与水质型缺水并存等问题。南部地区中小河流治理以恢复和强化河道防洪、排涝、生态景观等功能为目标,通过沟通湖泊连接骨干河道、圩区整体连片治理等措施,达到综合治理目的。

Middle and small rivers governance in the south of Kunshan City

The south of Kunshan City is a plain river network region with special characteristics of water towns. With the rapid social and economical development, the region faces many problems such as the increase of cost with dredging cycle of the rivers shortened, the coexistence of abundant water resources and shortage of high quality water, etc. With the aim of restoring and strengthening the functions such as flood control, drainage and ecological landscape, the middle and small rivers in this area are governed through such measures as dredging the main rivers between lakes and the regulation of the polder area as a whole so that comprehensive control is achieved.
