| 摘 要： | 人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度,人大代表兼职化是这一制度的主要特征。随着社会的发展,人大代表兼职制度的弊端开始显现。西方议会议员专职化的实践对我国实行人大代表专职化颇有启示。

| Abstract: | The system of people's congress is the fundamental political system in China.One of its main features is that deputy to the National People's Congress is a concurrent post.With the social development,its malpractice is becoming evident.To professionalize the deputy to the National People's Congress,China gain some enlightenment from the practice of full-time parliament members in the Western countries. |
