基于产业知识基础与制度匹配的上海区域创新体系构建研究

近几年，上海经济发展缓慢、产业创新能力不足，主要与其区域创新体系建设不完善有关。通过理论研究提出，区域创新体系建设需与产业知识基础和制度发展相匹配。基于该理论，对上海区域创新体系、产业知识基础与制度现状进行剖析，得出上海区域创新体系建设存在与产业知识基础配置类型和制度营造不匹配等问题。最后，提出上海区域创新体系建设思路与具体建议。

The Study on the Building of Shanghai Region Innovative System on Basis of the Matching between Industrial Knowledge Bases and Institution

T he slow development of Shanghai economy and the limitation of industrial innovation ability are closely related with the imperfect of RIS .The paper proposes a theory which is that the build of RIS need to match its industrial knowl‐edge bases and institution .Then according to this theory ,the study analyses the status of RIS ,industrial knowledge bases and institutions of Shanghai and draws that there are problems of mismatching between RIS building ,industrial knowledge bases and institution in Shanghai .At last ,we propose an idea and some suggestions of building of Shanghai RIS .
