国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程研究

摘    要:通过对C国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程的深度剖析,揭示了其信息搜索、评估、关联、附着、引进、消化、吸收、再创新和牵引9个阶段。在此基础上,以资源基础理论、协同创新理论和创新网络理论为支撑,凝练出国家重点实验室创新资源捕获过程的一般理论模型——SBIP模型,并指出了今后深化研究的重点方向。SBIP模型拓展了相关研究领域,对我国国家实验室通过优化创新资源捕获过程来提升创新能力,具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract:Revealing the 9 phases at the capture process of innovation resources in the State Key Laboratory based on C State Key Laboratory ,including information searching ,evaluating ,associating ,attaching ,importing ,digesting ,assimi‐lating ,re-innovating and towing .Basis on resources -based theory ,synergy innovation theory and innovation network theory ,the paper condenses a general theoretical model about capture process of innovation resources in the State Key La‐boratory -SBIP model ,and points out the main directions deeply researched in the future .The SBIP model derived from the research has theoretical significance at expanding and enriching the existing literature ,w hile has practical significance at enhancing the quality and quantity of innovation resources to ensure and improve the State Key Laboratory's innovation capability by perfecting the capture process of innovation resources in the State Key Laboratory .
