创新型科技人才科技成果转化能力可拓评价

摘    要:针对创新型科技人才科技成果转化能力评价问题,从科研学术能力、成果商品化能力、自我管理能力、市场把握能力4个维度构建创新型科技人才科技成果转化能力物元模型,根据可拓集理论建立动态评价模型。结合实例,对西安某高校创新型科技人才科技成果转化能力进行动态评价,以描述创新型科技人才科技成果转化能力从量变到质变的过程。

Abstract:By focusing on the evaluation of achievements transformation abilities for innovative technological talents ,this paper establishes a matter‐element model of achievements transformation abilities for innovative technological talents from four perspectives ,including the abilities such as scientific research ,achievement commercialization ability ,self‐manage‐ment and market‐control ,then built a dynamic evaluation mode based on Extension Set Theory .Finally ,it took an exam‐ple of some universities in Xi'an to have a dynamic evaluation on the achievements transformation abilities for innovative technological talents ,w hich proceeding from quantitative alteration to qualitative alteration .
