| 摘 要： | 创新驱动战略对于我国经济社会发展意义重大。创新的基点和重点是科技创新，而创新驱动能力不仅包括科技创新能力，还应体现为驱动能力，即基于科技创新的产业创新能力。实证研究表明，包括山西省在内的全国各地区创新驱动能力与其创新投入、创新产出、教育、知识支撑及科技创新环境等因素密切相关。
