| Abstract: | Sci - tech periodical editor＇ s professional capabilities deal with the familiarity with policies, laws and rules, and international pacts at home and abroad, the mastership of writing standards of sci - tech article, the knowledge of academic field and the latest academic research, excellent application of computer and Internet, high level of foreign language and good sociability. Only by cultivating professional capabilities constantly can editor improve the level of sci - tech periodical. |
