论高校教师德育功能发挥的有效途径

大学生的健康成长离不开高校有效的德育工作，而有效的德育需要高校教师发挥其不可替代的作用，这是由教师身份、教学德育性和高校特殊性决定的。为了充分发挥高校教师德育功能，需要他们从言传和身教两方面人手，促进大学生健康成长。在言传中，充分发挥两课教师在德育中的主渠道、主阵地作用；同时发挥不同学科教师在德育中的辅助作用。在身教上，加强高校教师自身师德素养，以身示教；组织有关德育教育的活动，对德育进行实践锻炼。

On the Effective Approaches to Fully Exert College Teachers Moral Education

University students cant develop healthily without efficient moral education in their colleges and uni- versities. While college teachers play an indispensable role in the efficient moral education, which is determined by the identity of teachers,morality of the teaching and the particularity of colleges and universities. In order to fully exert the function of teachers in their moral education, teachers should teach by personal example as well as verbal instruction to promote the development of the college or university students. As for verbal instruction, teachers who teach the courses of Marxist Theories and Ideological and Political Education can give full play to main channel and primary position in the process of moral education;meanwhile, the teachers who teach other subjects can also play an auxiliary role in moral education. In the aspect of showing by example and action, college or university teachers have to improve their own ethics and quality to set an example to the students;organizing activities on moral educa- tion is good for the students put moral education into practice.
