| 摘 要： | 资本流动是资本优化配置的结果,泛珠三角区域合作的提出,客观上加速了资本在泛珠三角区域内的流动,从而对区域金融服务提出了更高的要求——搭建金融服务平台。本文在剖析区域资本流动成因的基础上,从博弈论的角度对区域金融机构的合作机理进行探讨,同时界定了合作的边界,并由此对泛珠三角区域金融服务平台的构建提出了一些想法。
