我国民营企业的数量不断地增加,但民营企业如何做强做大呢?民营企业应该如何形成一个良性的持续发展的状态?本文通过对中国民营企业改革开放以来的发展历程进行分析,以彼得熊的创新理论为基础,提出了中国民营企业要持续成长必须先制度创新,只有制度创新,民营企业才能茁壮成长。

System innovation and Chinese private enterprise''''s sustainable development

With the increase of non-governmentally-operated enterprises in China,What they should do to become larger and more profitable and how to keep a good state of the continuing development are to be taken seriously.Based on J.Schumpeter's renovation system and the analysis of the development of China's non-governmentally-operated enterprises in the last few decades,this article suggests that the enterprises should reform and renovate in order to keep developing.Only by system renovation can they grow healthily and prosperously.
