| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和金融自由化的大背景下,我国传统金融人才培养模式中教学内容上过多的交叉重复和陈旧、可操作性的缺失,以及授课方式上的过于呆板和单一等固有缺陷,正在成为制约我国现代独立学院金融人才培养的梗桔.尽快改革这一模式中的不合理因素,将是构筑我国现代独立学院金融人才培养模式的核心.
