人力资本产权研究综述

现代人力资本理论始于舒尔茨等人的研究，马克思虽然没有关于人力资本产权的直接论述，但其对劳动力产权的相关论述给我们在宏观层面研究人力资本产权制度以重要启示。西方其他学者对人力资本产权也多有论述，从亚当·斯密到科斯，都提出了各自的观点。我国学者在20世纪末展开了关于人力资本产权的争论，谁将拥有企业最终控制权成为争论的焦点。总结这些人力资本产权研究的文献，可以为我国当前的人力资本产权制度安排提供有益的借鉴。

Summary of Research about Human Capital Property Rights

Modern human capital theory begins with studies by Schulz and other people.Although Marx didn't give direct explanation about human capital property rights,his relative viewpoints about labor force have given us important inspirations to our research from macro layers.Scholars of western countries have had many discussions about human capital property rights.From Adam Smith to Kos,many of them proposed their own viewpoints.Scholars of our country have been discussing this issue since the end of 20th century,which finally focuses on who will ultimately control enterprises.Summarizing all these literature about research of human capital property rights may give us some inspirations to current human capital property rights system arrangements in our country.
