卷烟配送中心业务流程优化研究

摘    要:按照国家烟草专卖局提出的精益物流工作要求,烟草行业越来越关注卷烟配送中心的业务流程优化。就现状来看,卷烟配送中心业务流程优化工作体系性不强,缺乏有效的方法,忽视了经验总结。文章将卷烟配送中心的业务流程优化归纳为流程规范、流程改进和流程再造三个层面,提出采用流程的取消、合并和重排等方法不断完善和强化流程体系,尽量消除或避免不必要的浪费和消耗,从而达到提高效率和降低成本的目的。

Abstract:The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposes that tobacco industry should push on the lean logistics work with high quality. And the key focus is on the process improvement of cigarette distribution center. But now, the process improvement work is neither systematic nor methodical. This paper propose that the distribution centers improve their processes from the levels of process standardization, process improvement and process reengineering, through the form of process cancelation, process combination and process rearrangement, in order to avoid unnecessary waste and consumption. In this way, the distribution center can increase efficiency and cut the cost.
